

1. Concerning prospective missionaries: A candidate for missionary appointment must, if a man, be ordained; if a woman, be licensed; Candidate must be serving faithfully in their home church and state; Candidate must show evidence of the call of God upon his/her life, and be filled with the spirit of Christ; Candidate must apply in writing for appointment, to a definite field of service. If there is a need in that particular field, the application will be considered; Candidate must have personal character which enables him/her to work with others as well as expecting others to work with them and must have a good moral report. Other reference needed 5. Interview and clearance 6. Deputation and itinerary 7. Schooling or formal missionary training Once the missionary reaches the field, his/her main interest and goal will be to contact and be in touch with those in charge, if some other worker has preceded him/her. The missionary should unite with fellow missionaries and nationals to advance the Kingdom of God, and the Church Of God In Christ. This will mean that the people of your adopted country must become your people, and you must identify with them.
